EU Brexit Changes

As you may be aware, the UK leaves the European Union on the 31st December 2020. Based on this change there are VAT (sales Tax) implications that will affect our customers located within the existing European Union and Northern Ireland after December 31st, 2020.

European Union Customers

For European Union Customers, from January 1st 2021, items will be sold at a price exclusive of UK VAT. Applicable VAT (sales tax) will not be charged; however, you will be liable for paying any duties and sales taxes applicable to the country of destination to your local authority. To help you, all of our prices now show the UK VAT component as a separate element.
Once you checkout with an EU country as a shipping destination, you will not be charged UK VAT by us, and therefore will be paying the lower ex UK VAT Price shown.

Whilst we are using harmonisation codes within Europe and the expectation is that 0% duty and a reduced rate of VAT will be applied by your local authority, this is not guaranteed. We recommend checking with your local authorities for clarification.

UK Customers

VAT will be charged as normal.

The new ABox Mk 2

 The ABox has got a face lift.

First created back in 2006, the ABox has been a stalwart of the more specialised E-Stim units in our range. Its been growing in popularity giving people the ability to combine music with E-Stim. Now we have the ABox Mk2.

The ABox was never designed as a 'StereoStim' unit, despite the fact many people try to label it as such. The ABox was always designed to provide sensation from real music, from music and voices that you enjoyed listening too. StereoStim tracks tend to be buzzes and bleeps that feel ok, but never really for us allowed audio play to expand beyond the lab of some mad scientist type huddling behind an oscilloscope.

What have we changed?

The Mk2 is smaller, lighter, based in the same case as our E-Stim Remote and the ElectroHelix. All the inputs have been moved to the top panel together with the power switch and input selector, and the front panel features an updated LED display and the analogue control for the microphone sensitivity and the output level control.

The built in microphone has been moved and the amplifier has been upgraded so it is now more sensitive - the microphone is now facing up between the two controls.

One thing we haven't changed is the price, the new ABox Mk2 is still only £135, and that is including a lifetime guarantee.

COVID 19

Hello,

We all know COVID 19 is seriously disrupting our lives throughout the world. 

 We like most of the companies in the UK continue to follow government guidelines and are doing out best to support our staff and customers through these difficult times. Staff who can are working from home, those who cannot (workshops and dispatch staff) have sufficient space to work well within the social distancing guidelines, and we are also reducing contact with outside visitors by reducing person to person contact with deliveries and pickups. 

 We are currently able to dispatch to your door on a worldwide basis. There may be some delays in the systems, but generally we do not seem to be having any issues with parcels coming or going. 

 We continue to offer full support via telephone, email and social media, as well as our support forum at https://www.e-stim.net , So please feel free to ask any questions you might have. We are also adding more to our YouTube channel on https://www.youtube.com/EStimSystems, so watch this space for more support materials.
