Merry Christmas - Its time for the Christmas Sale!!!

Merry Christmas!!!

It’s the start of the Christmas holidays and it’s time for the traditional Christmas sale. But it’s not yet Christmas Day you say, and you are starting a sale??? Yup we are!!

Since our offices and workshops are now closed for the break anyone placing an order today or tomorrow would miss the sale if it started on the traditional day of the 26th, and we don’t think that’s fair so we start our sale on 24th and run it though to January 5th 2020. Although officially we don’t reopen until January 2nd 2020 we will probably try running a couple of dispatch days over Christmas to clear the backlog of orders, no one likes to wait too long for their prezzies!!

What can you learn from our recent tweet?

Its simple. If you wish to avail yourself of our lifetime guarantee, then please don't attempt repairs yourself, or open the units up. Generally doing so actually causes more problems, can make it harder for us to repair and sometimes even masks the original issue.

 Secondly making threats - 'outing us' on social media is not going to help us help you, as we are quite active ourselves on social media, and are quite happy to provide the facts in any complaint, and most of the time you end up just looking silly. We will always try to help, even if you have opened the unit, but if you then threaten us in the mistaken belief that we will suddenly drop everything to solve your problems, then you are sadly mistaken.

 Be nice!!
