Mr B Electro Demos

Mick has a great weekend with the Boys from MrB Berlin, staging e-stim driven electro Demos over the weekend of 21st/22nd. Despite the cold weather and the fact it was the last shopping Sunday before Christmas, everyone who attended enjoyed their electro experiences.

2.104 is nearly there...want an advanced copy???

2.104 is passing the final test, and should be released as an update very soon. As well as a couple of minor bug fixes, its the first 2B firmware that runs off the new bootloader system, which allows you to update your 2B quickly and easily directly from your PC and or Mac!!

If you running older versions (2.09 and 2.103) then you will need to install the new bootloader first (we will provide instructions) , and this is the only slightly risky bit..if it fails then you have to replace the IC or return it to use for a workshop upgrade, but the risk, based on our testing is quite low, and certainly much lower than the risks involved in the older Uplink System.

Once the bootloader is installed it then simply sits in the background, only appearing when you want to update the firmware, and it makes the Firmware updates much easier and more reliable

We have had quite a busy weekend, and although I didn't get to work on the code for Commander2, we did manage to have a play at a 'Secret' location with some our our more interesting toys, and we even remembered to take a camera.... some of the results are posted here.


BiPolar E-Clip in Action

Nipple play is always fun, especially when you can do it safely with our E-Stim 2B, and the BiPolar EClip .The EClip is adjustable, so the clamping pressure can be adjusted to provide just the right level of grip, without causing too much pain - unless that is you plan when you can loosen it off and have the full force of the powerful spring apply.



Dual Pinwheel

The Dual pinwheel is fantastic on the surface of the skin, and when it comes to nipples, its even better. The Bipolar design allows the current to flow from one pinwheel to the other and electrifying everything in between with great effect. You just need to remember to use a little conductive gel to make everything just that little bit more fun!!

Conductive Gel

Conductive gel or 'lube' is something we get asked about on a regular basis so hopefully below we have managed to answer a few of the common questions and given you some advice as to how to get the best out of it.

What is it?
Conductive gel is a water based gel that is electrically conductive. Unlike other gels on the adult market it is designed specifically for medical e-stim use, so you know you are using a quality product that works.

What does it do?
Because of its lubrication and conductivity properties conductive gel will massively improve the e-stim sensation when used with insertables, and is a must when using certain contact electrodes such as our Pin Wheels and Electro Whiskers on dry skin. Remember there is no need to use conductive lube on our sticky pads. It just makes a mess and doesn't work well with the adhesive already present.

How do i use it?
Generally you don't need a large amount of gel, just enough to moisten the area or lightly coat an electrode. Too much lube is nearly as bad as too little, it just makes everything slide around. If you are using surface play electrodes then apply the lube to the skin, if you are using insertable's then apply to the insertable itself.

Can I use anything else instead?
The gels we sell are designed for use with electroplay toys. They have the right ingredients to ensure good conductivity, and none of the ingredients that many damage the electrode, the connection cables or even worse you. At a pinch you can use water based lubes with some success, but ensure that they are be water based. Silicon based lubes contain far too many chemicals, and have a high silicon content which isn't very conductive. So just remember water based lubes good, silicon or oil based lubes not good.

You sell 4 different gels - What is the difference?

Our main general purpose conductive gel is available in two sizes, a small 60ml tube and a larger 250g tube. Surgilube is a conductive gel that is supplied in a sterile sachet that is sterile until the package is opened-ideal for use with urethral sounds where cleanliness is one of the most important aspects of play. Lastly we have TacGel, which is a special version of conductive lube, created specifically with conductive rubber. conductive rubber by its nature can get very when using lube, so if you find its too slippery then a small amount of tacgel will help things stay where you want.

Whiskers are not just for cats

Its been a busy week again. The Electro Whiskers have finally hit the websites, after spending ages trying to get the prototypes from one of the test team. We took a few to the BBB as a test and they then sold out, so the next batch will probably go just as quickly. For more details have a look here..

MJ is here!!!!

The backroom boys have been at it again (Well actually this one was suggested by the test team). "MJ" has finally reached the websites offering a cross between a flange base and a small torpedo head. Comfort and penertration in one :-)

E-Stim Zaps Big Brother

Lots has happened in the E-Stim World. A couple of weeks ago we were approached by the production team for Big Brother 9,here in the UK and the end result is 2 hours of E-Stim mayhem with 14 BB contestants jumping around to the tune of screams and shouts as they proceeded to fail the task. Each contestant was wired up with an E-Stim Remote.
