Satin Finish
Unlike cheaper electrodes, our new Satin finish is NOT a coating, as coatings can chip flake and rub off, but an engineered surface finish applied directly to the metal parts of the electrode after they have passed though our CNC machining process.
How do we do it?
Once machined each electrode is inspected and then locked into a sealed protective cabinet and hand blasted by a high speed stream of ultra fine glass beads, giving a, consistent, smooth and clean finish which sparkles in the right light.
The electrode is then cleaned, inspected again, before being assembled, tested, hygiene sealed and packed, ready to be shipped off to its new owner, together with its lifetime guarantee.
The end result is a finish that is simply stunning and much more in fitting with the whole look and feel of our electrodes. We hope you like them
